EXOCET Inflatable Boat Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to inflatable boat products purchased through the EXOCET official website, Amazon, or other authorized channels.

 

1. Free Return/Exchange Conditions (Applicable to Unused Products)

For products delivered within 30 days and not used in water (inflation inspection only is permitted), EXOCET provides free return or exchange services under the following conditions:

1. Quality issues: Manufacturing defects that affect normal use after following the correct operating instructions.

2. Severe shipping damage: The hull structure is significantly deformed or damaged during transit, affecting normal functionality.

3. Wrong item sent by EXOCET: We will issue a full refund or send the correct item (if applicable and available). EXOCET will decide whether you need to return the incorrect product and will reimburse the return shipping cost after we receive the returned item.

 

To submit a request, please contact our customer service via email with your order information and photo/video evidence.

 

The following situations are not covered under free return/exchange:

- Minor damage to the outer packaging.

- Minor scratches or coating wear on the hull surface.

- Damage to accessories or consumables caused by improper or excessive use.

- Normal aging of accessories or consumables.

- Loss of items after the customer has signed for receipt.

- Shipping costs arranged by the customer.

 

2. CustomerPaid Returns (Applicable to Unused Products Without Quality Issues)

If you return an unused, nonlaunched inflatable boat within 30 days of receipt for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you must arrange and pay for the return shipping costs. If you request a return label from EXOCET, an additional fee for the label will apply. Returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories intact and unused.

 

3. Return Rules for Used Products

1. Used products without quality issues: Returns are NOT accepted. Once the product has been used in water or shows obvious signs of use, it will not be accepted for return unless a manufacturing defect exists.

2. Used products with quality issues: If a manufacturing defect is found within 30 days of receipt, you may apply for a return and refund. Once we confirm the issue is a quality problem, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact customer service first with photos/videos of the defect; we will arrange the return after confirmation.

 

Quality issues that arise after 30 days but within the 3year warranty period will be handled in accordance with the **EXOCET Inflatable Boat Limited Warranty Policy** (repair or replacement of parts; free accessory replacement is limited to 30 days from receipt; after 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for replacement accessories).

 

4. NonReturnable Items

- Unused products delivered more than 30 days ago (for personal reason returns).

- Used products without quality issues.

- Quality issue return applications made after 30 days (these will be handled under warranty).

- Special orders, discounted items, and promotional gift items, unless they are shipping damages or wrong items, and only with prior approval from us.

 

5. Return Process

1. Contact customer service (provide order number, issue description, photos/videos).

2. Customer service confirms whether the return conditions are met.

3. For free returns/exchanges or qualityrelated returns, we will provide a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (if needed).

4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and return it.

5. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the refund or exchange as agreed.

 

6. Important Notes for CustomerArranged Returns

If you choose to arrange your own return (e.g., for personal reasons), please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. EXOCET is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs during shipping when the return is arranged by the customer.
